Job Description


:Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Housekeeping in order to ensure the store is in good and safe condition.
  • Maintain and monitor Stock value and stock level as required by Tender & Procurement Department Regional Office
  • Coordinate any purchase of spare parts and consumables as and when required for operation purpose.
  • Coordinate all Fast-Moving item (FMI), Just In Time (JIT), Inter Location Transfer (ILT) accordingly to ensure the smooth running of operation.
  • Arrange any Delivery and transportation for operational needs and requirements.
  • Maintain record on parts and consumables in eCLIP and Asset and Services Information System (ASIS) to fulfil as per contractual obligation and company requirement.
  • Coordinate receiving and issuing of transactions of parts and consumables from/to vendor/ internal client to support operation
  • Comply safety requirement in order to adhere to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Chemical Data Sheet (CDS)
Job Requirements:
  • High School Certificate
  • More than 16 of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
