Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

Track stock levels and replenish inventory. Ensure goods are organized efficiently.
2. Receipt and Dispatch:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments. Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments.
3. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
4. Quality Control:

Inspect goods for damage or defects. Ensure quality standards are met before acceptance or dispatch.
5. Stocktaking:

Conduct regular physical inventory counts. Reconcile with records and identify discrepancies.
6. Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Handle and store goods, including hazardous materials if applicable.
7. Coordination:

Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and other departments.

Essential Skills:

Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, optimize storage space. Attention to Detail: Inspect goods, maintain accurate records, identify discrepancies. Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, maintain orderliness, manage multiple responsibilities. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software, basic computer skills. Education & Professional Qualifications:

A recognized tertiary education is required.
