• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all store documentation pertaining to stocks received, stocks issued and stocks balance.
• Determine the reorder level of all stocks to ensure adequate stocks at all times.
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing Department to ensure timely order and delivery to all stocks.
• Ensure the accuracy of stocks database by constantly spotting and correcting errors and updating information.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Minimum SPM or equivalent. Additional certificates in Warehouse Management or Logistic are plus.
• At lease 2 years of experience in store keeping or inventory management role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and record keeping skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently and meet deed lines.
• Forklift operating experience would be an advantage.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Bukit Mor, Parit Jawa, Muar, Johor.
