Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in inventory or warehouse management. Experience in electronics/SMT is a plus.
• Industry Basics: Understanding of PCBA or SMT processes and components.
• Good attitude, positive mindset, communication skills.
• Full-time positions available in Senai, Johor.

• Inventory Management: Able to track stock and reorder as needed.
• Organization: Keep the warehouse tidy and efficient.
• Communication: Good at talking with suppliers and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Handle issues that arise with inventory or shipments.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities
Inventory Management

• Monitor Stock: Keep track of component and material levels.
• Reorder Supplies: Order new stock before running low.
• Conduct Audits: Regularly check and verify inventory accuracy.

Logistics Coordination

• Receive Goods: Check and record incoming materials.
• Ship Products: Oversee the shipping of finished goods.
• Work with Suppliers: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Documentation

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Reporting: Generate and review inventory reports.

Warehouse Management

• assist: Ensure materials are stored properly and safely.
• Follow Safety Rules: Adhere to safety standards for handling materials.

Other

• Assisting in ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
