Job Description
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies. Report any issues promptly to management.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using our inventory management software. Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder requests as needed to prevent shortages.
- Storage and Organization: Ensure all received materials are properly stored in designated locations within the warehouse. Keep storage areas clean, organized, and free from clutter.
- Order Processing: Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Issuing Materials: Handle the issuance of materials and supplies to internal departments or personnel according to their requisitions. Keep track of outgoing materials to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with system records. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during audits.
