Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods in according to purchase orders
Assist in procurement process from requisition through to delivery and payment
Monitor inventory levels and assist in preparing reports, correspondence and other documentation as required
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels to meet project demands
Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely stock replenishment
Conduct regular stock and physical inventory checks to minimize discrepancies
Ensure proper documentation, including receipts, invoices and stock registers
Qualification
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or logistics is preferred
Ability to work independently and collaborate with site teams
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
