Requirements

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, receiving new shipments, and processing outgoing orders.
• Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move and organize materials.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to inventory or orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, generate reports, and optimize inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to interact with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, both manually and electronically, tracking stock levels, locations, and movements within the warehouse.
• Organize and arrange stock in a systematic manner, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy accessibility for retrieval.
• Prepare and fulfill orders for internal departments or external customers, accurately picking, packing, and labeling items for dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move and handle materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the store and warehouse areas, adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods to prevent damage during transit.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding stock availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
