Storekeeper/warehouse Operator

Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Arrange goods in and out of the storage area, sorting and placing items on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards.

2. Perform stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies. Communicate with relevant parties to fulfill these tasks.

3. Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area in compliance with the company's standards.

5. Adhere to the Integrated Management System (IMS) consisting of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS).

6. Follow QMS policies, procedures and instructions to ensure the quality of work.

7. Follow EMS policies and report any environmental concerns to superior.

8. Follow OHSMS policies and procedures, reporting hazards, incidents and unsafe conditions and using personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices as required.

Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):



1. Minimum SPM / Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

2. Knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management.

3. Dependable and reliable.

4. Understand and be able to implement QMS, EMS & OHSMS policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
