Well versed in Strata Management Act.
Experience in handling various strata portfolio.
Provide guidance and supervision to site staff.
Plan and monitor building maintenance schedules.
Attend Monthly JMB / MC meeting
Handle conflicts / complaints highlighted to management.
Ability to conduct AGM / EGM
Able to work independently.
