As a

Strategic Financial Accountant

at THE BOLD HOLDINGS, you will manage the full financial operations across our ecosystem companies. This role focuses on bookkeeping accuracy, AP/AR management, cash flow monitoring, and multi-entity coordination.

You'll ensure that day-to-day financial activities run smoothly, records are accurate, and reporting is clear for management and internal teams. This role suits someone responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing finances across several companies at once.

Who We're Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma/Bachelor's in

Accounting, Finance, or related field

is a

plus, not mandatory

Experience in

bookkeeping, full set of accounts, AP/AR, or financial reporting

Proficient in accounting software and

Google Workspace

(Sheets, Docs) Strong understanding of

basic tax, audit, and regulatory compliance

Able to multitask across

multiple entities

and meet deadlines Highly

organized

, reliable, and maintains confidentiality

Good communication skills

, especially with non-finance teams Experience liaising with

auditors

tax agents

What You'll Be Doing | Responsibilities:



Handle

day-to-day financial operations

across multiple brands Prepare and review

monthly management accounts

, account reconciliations, and financial statements Manage

Accounts Payable (AP)

: verify invoices, process payments, and monitor AP aging Manage

Accounts Receivable (AR)

: issue invoices, track collections, and maintain AR aging Monitor and update

cash flow, payment schedules, and treasury activities

Track and maintain

multi-entity expenses

, documentation, and financial records Assist with

basic budgeting, cost tracking, and project costing

Ensure compliance

with audit, tax filings, and statutory requirements Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks when needed

Maintain and improve financial

SOPs, internal controls, and documentation

Provide financial clarity and guidance

to HR, Operations, and Project teams
