Key Responsibilities
I. Strategy & Market Development
Identify Growth Opportunities:
Conduct deep market analysis and research to pinpoint new growth vectors, emerging industry trends, and underserved customer segments.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and present comprehensive
Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
for new products, services, or market entry initiatives.
Business Case Development:
Create detailed business cases, financial models, and projections to justify investment in new growth projects and initiatives.
Competitive Analysis:
Continuously monitor and report on competitor strategies, market moves, and potential threats to inform our positioning.
II. New Business & Partnership Acquisition
High-Value Hunting:
Target, prospect, and secure
large, strategic new clients
or high-impact partnership agreements.
Relationship Building:
Initiate and cultivate relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target organizations.
Deal Negotiation:
Lead complex negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring terms align with strategic objectives and financial goals.
Pipeline Oversight:
Manage a dedicated pipeline of strategic accounts and opportunities, driving them from qualification through to successful close.
III. Internal Collaboration & Leadership
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure new offerings are successfully brought to market and supported.
Operational Transition:
Work with Account Management and Operations teams to ensure the seamless onboarding and successful execution of new strategic accounts.
Performance Reporting:
Report key growth metrics, strategic project statuses, and financial performance to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
