Liaise with the Government Relation, Legal team to detect, manage, and control the prohibited listings
Respond to the emergency case such as government escalation, social media breaches
Address inquiries and requests from the internal teams related to policies and prohibited listings - Revise and amend the materials and publications of Shopee Policy, SOP, SEH Article.
Conduct market research on Government acts and policies to identify stakeholders' needs and market gaps.
Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs
Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries and troubleshoot of listing-related issues
Monitoring the platform to ensure the quality and the legitimacy of the listings, particularly in relation to tackling Prohibited Listings on the platform.
Requirements :
Proactive, resourceful, result-oriented and capable to work tentatively as individual or even team members under a fast paced environment.
Strong communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin, in both verbal and written forms.
Working experience in the eCommerce industry or working with government bodies/agencies would be preferred
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
Able to think ahead
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in SQL are a plus
