Role Overview
As a Strategy and Operations Executive, you will be responsible for strategic planning and operational functions of the organization. This role requires a combination of strategic planning and operational expertise to drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, refinement, and execution of the organization\'s strategic plan.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify industry trends, and assess competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on the organization\'s performance against strategic objectives.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Assist to develop and implement change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Identify potential risks to the organization\'s strategy and operations.
  • Assist to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different departments.
