• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful OMO, B2B & B2C strategies.
• Strong knowledge of omni marketing solutions, digital marketing, social media & offline media.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in team leadership, management, and development.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to create effective strategies.
• Proven track record of achieving division annual sales targets.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

• Develop and implement OMO, B2B & B2C strategies that align with client objectives and maximize ROI.
• Identify and recommend omni marketing solutions that enhance client brand awareness and drive sales.
• Maximize value through influencer strategy with offline lead conversion while maintaining ROI.
• Develop and implement offline events that drive brand awareness and enhance client relationships.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketer and Content Marketer to create integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create and present proposals that demonstrate strategic thinking and solutions.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and market insights to continuously improve strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the management and executive level.
• Achieve division annual sales targets by effectively managing resources and implementing successful strategies.
• Prepare payment lists, follow up on payments, and ensure that all payments are processed in a timely manner.
• Generate reports and maintain filing & server storage of all project-related documents.
