About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and driven

Strategy & Operations Analyst

to support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of company-wide strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines

analytical rigor, operational discipline, and creative problem-solving

to help scale digital asset and blockchain-related operations.

You will work closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies, including the

Securities Commission of Malaysia

, to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and innovation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing

strategic initiatives

aligned with company goals. Design and optimize

operational frameworks

to enhance efficiency and scalability. Conduct

market and industry research

, focusing on blockchain, fintech, and digital asset trends. Translate complex blockchain or technology topics into actionable business insights. Collect, manage, and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and performance gaps. Develop clear reports and dashboards tracking key KPIs and strategic outcomes. Coordinate and track cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment. Identify and execute opportunities for

process improvement and automation

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Computer Science

, or related field.

0-2 years' experience

in strategy, operations, consulting, or fintech roles. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Notion

. Keen interest or understanding of

blockchain, Web3, and digital infrastructure

. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in Mandarin

is an advantage.
