THE POSITION

A new and exciting opportunity has been created to drive the stroke care management strategy for Boehringer Ingelheim, Malaysia.

Tasks & responsibilities

1. Drive achievement in ANGELs KPIs

Ensure achievement of ANGELS program KPIs

Registration of hospitals under ANGELS Initiative

Develop Stroke Centers/Targeted List

Improved thrombolysis rate & development of stroke- ready hospitals as per operational plans

Analysis of base line audit and successful implementation of target activities

Develop and customize hospital inputs (ANGELS tools) via consultation process

Identify/Segment the target hospitals/institutions and stakeholders in regional level (medical committee, hospital directors, physicians etc.) to play role as stroke champions

2. Define goals and drive tangible results:

Define quantitative goals/objectives (hospital stroke development status, thrombolysis rates etc.)

Define qualitative goals/objectives (treatment guideline consideration, openness to collaborate, develop action plan)

Aligning to ANGELS specific hospitals project plans

Activities: Description and timing of activity, stakeholders involved

Resources: Available resources such as academic papers/literature, regulatory supporting documents, registry documents, etc.

Deliver monthly performance summaries and KPI updates of respective region, immediately highlighting potential issues to SCPM and proposing solutions and counter measures

3. Relationship management with key stakeholders:

3.1 Relationship with hospital\'s stakeholders

Maintain updated and complete target hospital database

Develop / validate effective ANGELS Action Plans

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in target hospitals to improve stroke care

Track achievement of ANGELS Action Plans and take corrective actions to ensure that target hospital categorizations are met on priority

Utilizes Veeva or other BI supporting analysis processes to plan activities

3.2 External partner relationship

Manage relationships with key stakeholders including stroke champions and stroke societies at regional as well as national level

4. Execute Hospital Project Plans and Activities with Excellence

Validate and fully understand the Hospital Project Plans and planned Activities (e.g. simulation, multi- disciplinary meetings, etc.)

Plan for logistics to execute the Hospital Project Plans

Execute an effective Hospital Project Plan with the objective of maximizing identified opportunities to ensure achievement of ANGELS KPIs

5. Data analysis, management and reporting

Analyze opportunities in the region based on progress reports, environmental trends and identified needs

Provides consistent, timely and complete administrative duties and responsibilities.

Maintain and update hospital resource forms, records and tracks door to needle time and other stoke management KPIs in consulted institutions

Monitor and evaluate regularly the implementation of hospital\'s project plans and its target achievement

Prepares and provides ad hoc reports as requested by Management team

6. People and Collaboration

Lead and drive ANGELS initiative implementation plan in the region with high quality in execution

Contribute to build an effective team through effective communication within the team

Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to ensure alignment and optimization of synergies

Actively support any new SCPS in shared region to ensure quick adaptation and effective consultation process

7. Comply with local regulations, industry and company Code of Conduct (CoC)

Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and follow company Code of Conduct

Take necessary action on issues of compliance

Be a role model in compliance with local regulations, industry and company code of conduct

Requirements

Degree Level, preferably in Medical, Business Administration or Bioscience or related field

High ethical standards

Track record of project and/or programme management

Strong personal interaction skills

Result and solution driven

Proficiency in MS Office

Fluent spoken and written English
