About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural/Civil Engineer or Manager to lead and execute the civil and structural aspects of our data center construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and timely completion of our facilities, from ground-breaking to final handover.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site civil and structural works for data center projects, including earthworks, piling, foundations, structural steel, and building works.
• Review structural design drawings, specifications, and method statements for constructability and compliance.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for CSA packages.
• Lead a site team, including supervisors and engineers, ensuring work is performed to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, architectural, and client teams to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design and specifications.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues, managing RFIs and variations effectively.
• Ensure all works adhere to local authority regulations and required standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• For Manager level: 8+ years of experience, with proven experience managing full CSA packages for large-scale industrial or data center projects.
• For Engineer level: 3-5 years of relevant site-based experience.
• Strong knowledge of local construction practices and authority submission processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
