Address daily repair inquiries concerning design and documentation by coordinating with partner design offices.
Coordinate with Design Offices to ensure the timely availability of requested repair definitions and justifications.
Collaborate with the Spares/Supply organization to ensure the availability and compatibility of repair parts.
Initiate necessary updates to Airbus manuals in collaboration with the relevant team.
Offer on-site assistance to operators in evaluating structural damage or carrying out repair solutions with experienced personnel.
Facilitate communication between Airbus customers and ensure a seamless exchange of information regarding repair matters.
Provide major repair support under the operational direction of the Major Repair team.
Offer technical standby (AOG) assistance.
Extend Engineering support to other Customer Services departments.
Ensure the transfer of in-service experience and maintenance activities to management, other divisions of Customer Services, and the Airbus design organization.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree of Business Engineering or equivalent education.
3 years of experience in the Aircraft Repair & Maintenance field.
Readily available for extended travel on short notice.
Proficiency in aircraft maintenance and repairs.
Expertise in spares and logistics management.
Familiarity with aviation regulations and legislation.
Possess project management acumen.
Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
Familiarity with Service Bulletins (comprehension and interpretation).
