Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up on required documents from newly registered students.
Verify accuracy and completeness of student submissions (academic and personal documents).
Liaise with Admissions, Finance, and Sales departments to ensure smooth enrolment processes.
Monitor first-semester or initial fee payments and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide professional, timely updates to students throughout the enrolment process.
Track student status to reduce withdrawal, deferment, or non-commencement cases.
Maintain accurate student records and update internal systems (CRM/student management).
Support onboarding activities and student orientation programmes.
Identify opportunities to improve the enrolment experience and provide feedback.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the reporting line manager in line with departmental policies.
Skills & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Education, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience
in administration, operations, student support, or customer service.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
; Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM/student management systems is advantageous.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for supporting students.

Pay: RM1,916.02 - RM2,800.00 per month
