JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and retention targets. Proactively connect with prospective students through outbound outreach to understand their aspirations and career goals. Apply a consultative sales approach to support students in making well-informed enrollment decisions. Manage a personal pipeline of prospects across various stages of the application process. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels. Drive lead conversion through effective engagement and timely follow-ups. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective students both on-campus and off-site. Build trust-based relationships to ensure positive enrollment outcomes. Deliver an exceptional student experience from the first inquiry through enrollment and beyond. Assist in planning and executing recruitment events such as Open Days, Postgraduate Days, and other promotional initiatives. Provide support for additional enrollment and student engagement activities as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher. 1-2 years of experience in student enrollment, customer service, contact centers, or sales-driven environments. Strong passion for relationship building, customer service, and achieving sales targets. Demonstrated success in consultative sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven. Consistent achievement in meeting or surpassing individual targets. Energetic, adaptable, and a strong team collaborator. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confident presentation abilities. Enthusiastic about business development and cultivating meaningful connections. Proactive in staying updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor programs (e.g., FEE-HELP, accreditations). Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
