During your Placement, you will be challenged to use your talents and academic knowledge to add value to the bank and improve your professional and personal skills. You will benefit from building your skills and banking knowledge in a real working environment, and will be provided opportunities to take on responsibilities in a selection of interesting projects.
The objective of this internship program is to provide the student with practical experience in supporting the bank's Health and Safety function, including promotion, and administrative management of safety initiatives.

• Assisting in H&S promotions such as preparing and publishing Health & Safety Bulletins, posters and awareness materials.
• Supporting safety campaigns and events.
• Assisting in administrative H&S tasks including record keeping, maintaining safety documentation.
• Participating in safety inspections, risk assessment and incident reporting coordination.

Qualifications - External

• Availability to work full time from Jan/Feb 2026 for a period of 3 to 6 months.
• Field of student: Currently pursuing a Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health or related discipline.
• Knowledge Base: Basic understanding of H&S principles, risk assessment and Malaysian HSE regulations (OSHA 1994, Fire Services Act 1988) or ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management Standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to prepare simple visuals or posters for safety promotions.
• The legal right to work in Malaysia
