Job Description


The primary focus of this position is to assist and support the Assistant Manager, Student life for the provision of a broad range of administrative tasks, record management including the provision of information and assistance to Swinburne Sarawak students, staff and external agencies particularly in the following areas, not limited to: \xe2\x80\x93 Administration:

  • Student Village Confirmation Letter Issuance, Withdrawal and Refund, Social Media and Notices, Student Village database and Residents\xe2\x80\x99 activities.
Operations
  • Arrival, Check-In and Check-Out, Housekeeping, Security and Cleaning management, Campus Tours and spot checks.
At the discretion of the Registrar and Director, Student Engagement, the appointee may from time to time be assigned to perform other functions within the Unit as and when required. The appointee will work closely with Academic and Professional staff at Swinburne Sarawak and liaise with staff at other Swinburne campuses to ensure consistency in corporate style and efficient use of resources.
