Type: Contract (2 Months) / Freelance

Expected Income: RM 3,000 - RM 6,000+ per month

We are a fast-growing training academy looking for aggressive, money-motivated Sales Agents to join our enrollment team. We have

1,000+ warm leads

waiting to be called. We don't need you to find customers; we need you to

close them

.

If you are not afraid of the phone and want to earn RM 5,000+ before New Year, this is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (Responsibilities)

Speed to Lead:

Call 50-80 student leads per day (leads provided by us).

?

Consult & Close:

Explain how our AI/Digital course boosts their career and guide them to pay the registration fee.

?

WhatsApp Follow-up:

Use our scripts to follow up with students who didn't pick up.

?

Hit Targets:

Your goal is to enroll

15+ students per month

.

WHO WE WANT (Requirements)

?

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in Telesales, Education Sales, Insurance, or Real Estate.

?

Language:

Fluent in English & Malay. (Mandarin is a bonus).

?

Attitude:

You don't take "No" for an answer. You are persistent and money-driven.

?

Discipline:

You show up on time, every day.

THE PAYOUT STRUCTURE (The "Hunter" Package)

We reward consistency and performance.

1. Guaranteed Monthly Income:

Basic Support:

RM 1,500 per month.

?

Attendance Allowance:

RM 200 per month

? (Condition: Paid in full if you have 100% attendance and no lateness for the month).

Total Guaranteed Base:

RM 1,700

(before you even make a sale).

2. Commission Scheme (Per Student Paid):

Sales Volume | Commission Per Student

| 1 - 10 Students | RM 100 per student |

| 11 - 20 Students | RM 150 per student |

| 21+ Students | RM 200 per student |

3. "Fast Start" Cash Bonuses:
