Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow up with new students to ensure complete documentation for offer letter issuance. Verify the accuracy of academic and personal documents submitted. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and payment clearance. Collect and track initial semester payments, ensuring timelines are met. Provide timely updates and professional assistance throughout the enrolment process. Monitor student status to minimize withdrawal or non-commencement cases. Maintain accurate student data in internal systems (CRM, databases, etc.). Support student onboarding and orientation activities. Identify process improvement opportunities and feedback to management.

Skills & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Education, or related field. 1-2 years' experience in administration, operations, or student support preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively under deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Service-minded with genuine passion for guiding students through their education journey.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
