Student Liaison \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for new student registration to MIS, application of Student Pass and Guardian Visa for new foreign students. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with government bodies e.g. MOE and Immigration for student and/or guardian visa application. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track of existing student and/or guardian visa and submit for renewal in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the renewal of approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs for the recruitment of international students. \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle student data management ensure accuracy and completeness of database \xe2\x80\xa2 Issuing Offer Letter and Admission Acceptance letter and student withdrawal document \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor and supervise jobs tasks for general administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and keep track of student database in the school online system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep a proper record of students\xe2\x80\x99 file including student\xe2\x80\x99s assessment records and any matters record related to students. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to students/parents enquiries in the office. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update new information to parents and resolve arising issues by parents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to student health situation at school and report to respective homeroom teacher and parents for any emergency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in promoting students to MIS by attending to inquiries from walk-in and call. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective students about student life at MIS (campus tour), curriculum and fees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle for student withdrawal procedure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in finance for pending payments from the parents/students. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in school events and activities if there is necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Take on any ad-hoc duties from time to time.
