Your new role Oversee the student recruitment team\'s performance in attracting and enroling students for different intakes and ensuring they achieve their goals. Manage the leads effectively. Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Teams to design and execute events and campaigns through digital & print media to boost recruitment. Analyse the market and the competitors to suggest recruitment strategies such as fees, waivers and scholarships. Track the result of recruitment activities and provide feedback through both verbal and written reports to the Head of Student Recruitment. Lead, inspire and develop staff and address their training needs. Recruit and train a team of student ambassadors to assist in recruitment events. What you\'ll need to succeed At least 5 years of experience in a student recruitment environment. At least a Degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant qualifications. Proven and strong communication skills, able to engage directly with vendors and prospective students. Ability to succeed in demanding situations and with fast-approaching deadlines. Ability to examine data, understand reports, share results, assess and generate new ideas.
