JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide expert guidance and advice to students and parents on education and career opportunities
Conduct individual counseling sessions with students and assist them in selecting courses and majors
Assist students in preparing their applications for admission to colleges and universities
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to stay up-to-date on education trends and opportunities
Organize and conduct seminars and workshops for students and parents on various education and career topics
Develop and maintain a database of educational resources, including scholarships, grants, and other funding opportunities
Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and advice
Proactively seek new business opportunities and establish communications with businesses and individuals to achieve company sales revenue and profit objectives
Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness of the college and the programs offered
Build relationships with students, parents, principals, and teachers
Organize and manage road shows and student recruitment opportunities
Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
Maintain, build, and update mailing databases
Attend events, exhibitions, and education fairs
Execute and evaluate marketing campaigns
Monitor competitors' activities and marketing campaigns
Support the marketing manager and other team members
Work closely with the student services team and marketing manager in planning and coordinating various student activities, orientation, events, and functions
Provide effective and efficient support services to address student concerns, including orientation, accommodation, welfare, and emergency cases
Follow and comply with all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations governing the interest of the college at all times
Complete other tasks assigned by the manager/management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): English , Malay ,(Mandarin is an added advantage )
1 -2 year's experience in Education, Sales, Customer service or marketing related industries is an added advantage but not mandatory. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute CME/workshop/technical training session.
Highly self-motivated, strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point skills.
Results and quality oriented.
Excellent team player.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
