Job Description

Responsibilities:



Perform Front Desk duties at assigned studio locations as scheduled. Open or close the studio as required. Greet and check in clients as they arrive for classes. Respond promptly and professionally to client emails, calls, and messages. Manage client account enquiries and assist with membership or class-related matters. Ensure the Yoga and Pilates studio rooms and common areas are kept clean, sanitized, neat, and tidy in between classes -- maintaining an immaculate environment at all times. Perform

hands-on cleaning duties

daily to uphold studio hygiene and presentation standards. Oversee studio maintenance, both proactively and when issues arise. Replenish inventory items and consumables in the studio. Follow up daily with clients on private sales and membership enquiries. Review and respond to incoming sales forms, messages, and client requests. Be knowledgeable about our programs, packages, and products to provide accurate recommendations and promote sales to clients. Deliver excellent customer service to help improve client satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Recommend suitable classes to students based on their goals and schedules, answer questions, and offer guidance and support. Complete all required paperwork and reports on a weekly basis. Resolve customer service issues according to company policies and studio FAQs. Welcome all visitors according to The Flow Studio's customer service standards and answer calls promptly and courteously. Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures and maintain professionalism at all times. Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by the management team.

The Ideal Candidate Has:



Customer service experience and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with diverse personalities (in person, on the phone, and via email). A proactive, responsible, and self-initiated approach to work. A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty to keep the studio in top condition. Good multitasking and organizational skills. Flexibility to work shifts across different times and locations.

Availability to work 6 days a week, with 1 scheduled off day.

Working hours aligned with studio class schedules (typically 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM).

Pay: From RM10.00 per hour
