Job Description

LTG is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Photographer Assistants to support our Studio team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for photography, familiarity with professional studio workflows, and expertise in Adobe Lightroom/Adobe Photoshop. As a Photographer Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient photoshoot operations for our e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

Assist photographers during daily photoshoots, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks Set up and dismantle photography equipment, including lighting, backdrops, and cameras Manage and organize product samples, ensuring they are ready and in perfect condition for shooting Handle file management, including importing, exporting, and organizing photos in Adobe Lightroom Perform basic image adjustments in Adobe Lightroom, such as color correction, exposure, and cropping, to ensure consistency and quality Collaborate with the production team to meet our brands' visual and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space and equipment Support photographers with troubleshooting technical issues during shoots Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the production team
Requirements

Experience in photography or studio production; familiarity with e-commerce is a plus Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, with the ability to perform basic edits and organize workflows Knowledge of photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting setups Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes Physically capable of handling and moving heavy equipment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Flexible schedule to accommodate additional assignments, including potential weekend or extended hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bandar Sunway
