Study Coordinator (clinical Research)

Job Description
Location: Ampang, Klang, Seremban, George Town, Sg. Petanis:
- Supporting the Principal Investigators (PI) in conducting clinical trials, including the screening and randomization of participants, data collection and entry, handling biological samples and essential documents, and communication with the ethics committee.
- Communicating and coordinating with participants regarding study visits and procedures.
- Liaising with laboratories concerning biological samples.
- Ensuring that the study is conducted in compliance to the study protocol, Good Clinical Practices, local regulations, and the Sponsor\'s policies.
- Assisting study monitors during site visits.
- Maintaining research records and documents related to study activities, drug dispensation records, and other regulatory forms in accordance with GCP guidelines.
- Ensuring that all equipment and supplies needed for the study are in stock and in good working order.
- Performing any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Degree/Diploma in Biology / Sciences / Biomedical / Biotechnology / Nursing.
- Has knowledge of clinical trials and GCP certification.
- Has prior experience in clinical trials or the research field.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, multitask, adaptable, and well-organized.
- Able to work independently to meet milestones and project deliverables.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
