Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to overall accounting and administration work including daily accounting data entries.
Prepare profit and loss, balance sheet monthly.
Prepare yearly account for management.
Prepare Auditing report for auditor.
Manage the company vendors system and credit system.
To update and maintain fixed assets records.
Prepare Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and to file, organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner.
Handle sales order processing, ensure smooth order processing to timely and accurate delivery.
Prepare commissions advise for sales person.
Prepare reports for timely submission.
Responsible in attend or handle any phone call enquiries.
General admin, accounts support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments as and when required.
