We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor, Administration to keep our workplace clean, organized, and running smoothly. You'll supervise outsourced cleaners, ensure the office and facilities are tidy, and help prepare for audits. If you're proactive, organized, and enjoy seeing things in order, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate outsourced cleaning staff to ensure tasks are done properly and on time.
Keep the office, facilities, and common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Monitor maintenance needs and coordinate repairs when needed.
Prepare documents and records for audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Report on cleaning, maintenance, and administrative activities to management.
Suggest ways to improve facilities and admin processes in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practice.
Qualifications and skills:
SPM and above
Must be Malaysian with Malaysia IC
Minimum 5 years of experience in admin, facilities, or supervising outsourced staff.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards is a plus.
