Support the Supervisor in managing daily store operations.
Guide and monitor staff to ensure tasks are completed properly.
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and task assignments.
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and properly labelled.
Monitor stock levels and support stock receiving and inventory checks.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and basic issues professionally.
Assist with cashier operations and payment processes when needed.
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
Step in to supervise the store in the absence of the Supervisor.
Carry out tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.
Job Requirements:
SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders in any field.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Eager to learn and develop new skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Own transportation is required.
