Job description: Job Summary Architectural work on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all architectural works at site. Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards. Monitor architectural finishes (facade, tiling, plastering, ceiling, doors/windows, etc.) to ensure workmanship quality. Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies. Ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work. Review and verify shop drawings, material samples, and method statements. Ensure safety standards and housekeeping are maintained at all times. Assist in handover inspections and rectification of defects. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Architectural or any equivalent related field. Skills & Abilities Able to work independently and in a team. Computer literate with Microsoft Office; Project & Power Point. Expected Minimum Years of Experience Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in architectural works.
