:
We are seeking responsible and committed Supervisors and Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our petrol station and convenience store.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the petrol station and store
Supervise, train, and motivate front-line staff (cashiers, pump attendants)
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
Monitor sales performance and daily cash handling
Manage stock levels, inventory, and ordering to avoid shortages or overstocking
Ensure all safety, health, and cleanliness standards are followed
Handle scheduling and ensure sufficient staff coverage for all shifts
Report regularly to management on operational matters
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in retail or petrol station operations is an advantage
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Able to work at Alor Setar,Kedah (Supervisor) or Petron Gunung Semanggol,Perak (Assistant Supervisor).
