Requirement:

At least have a Diploma in the field of air conditioning/electrical or higher qualification in Engineering with ? 5 years' experience in ACMV System OR Certificate in engineering with ? 7 years' experience in ACMV System. Able to work under pressure, be positive, independent, computer skills and always committed to the task. Good communication skills with customers, management & subordinate workers (Technician or Internship).

JOB DUTIES:

Supervise, guide and train all installation work, corrective work and maintenance activities for HVAC. Ensure that all corrective and maintenance work is done according to the specifications to avoid "Unnecessary Breakdown". Ensure that all corrective and maintenance work done by technicians is within the work schedule & time. Analyzing all corrective & maintenance work report provided by technicians is correct in the service report. Receive and inspect all material and equipment deliver by suppliers and conduct testing commissioning according to ITP and customer requirements. Ensure that all tools or company equipment is properly maintained all time, and that any loss or damage should be reported immediately. Ensure cleanliness and compliance to ISO Quality & OSHMS procedure Follow and comply with all instructions & any other task given by the Management, Superior or authorized personnel from time to time. Attend meetings with the management and customer as needed. Prepare and submit technical & monthly report required by management and customers before the deadline. Supervise and monitor the discipline of subordinate workers and report to management on their performance.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
