Memastikan semua staff mengikut SOP, standard kualiti makanan & kebersihan.
Membahagikan tugasan harian kepada kitchen crew & service crew.
Mengurus jadual shift, attendance & memastikan staffing mencukupi.
Memantau kualiti makanan, speed of service & customer satisfaction.
Mengendalikan customer complaint secara profesional.
Melatih staff baru & memberi tunjuk ajar on-site.
Menyemak stok harian, buat rekod inventori & report item low/out of stock.
Mengurus cash handling, POS closing report & kiraan jualan harian.
Menjaga kebersihan outlet, peralatan & kawasan dapur mengikut food safety.
Melaporkan sebarang isu operasi, kerosakan peralatan atau masalah staff kepada Manager.
Kelayakan
Pengalaman dalam F&B sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun (lebih baik jika pernah supervise).
Kemahiran leadership & boleh kawal staff dengan baik.
Boleh bekerja dalam environment fast-paced & tekanan tinggi.
Boleh bekerja shift, hujung minggu & public holiday.
Rajin, bertanggungjawab & boleh buat keputusan dengan cepat.
Amanah dalam cash handling & stok.
Kelebihan (Bonus)
Pengalaman handle opening/closing outlet.
Mahir train staff & manage schedule.
Boleh operate grill/kitchen jika perlu.
