Job Responsibility Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. Preparing, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers. Supervisor Role Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Train and guide staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. Maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service. Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply levels. Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment. Barista Role Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks with attention to detail. Greet and assist customers, taking orders and providing recommendations. Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and cash register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar. Ensure proper food safety and hygiene.
