Position Summary:
The
SWAT Team
plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and brand consistency across all outlets. This dynamic team supports a range of activities, from assisting in brand events and ensuring store cleanliness to monitoring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality standards. The team will conduct on-site audits, provide performance feedback, and ensure that every store delivers consistent product quality and customer experience. Additionally, the SWAT Team provides critical on-ground support during peak hours, staff shortages, or new store openings, ensuring smooth operations and upholding the company's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Support
- Assist and participate in brand or promotional events as needed.
Store Cleanliness Audit
- Check and ensure all outlets maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene standards.
SOP Compliance
- Verify that store operations follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Quality Assurance Checks
- Monitor beverage preparation, equipment handling, and customer service consistency.
Reporting
- Provide feedback and reports on store performance, including any issues or areas for improvement.
Support During Critical Operations
- Step in to assist stores during peak hours, staff shortage, or new store openings.
Requirements:

standards and operational procedures.
