Job Description

Oversee daily assembly operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Plan and allocate manpower based on production priorities and workloads. Coordinate with planning, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure material and tool readiness. Lead, train, and motivate assembly operators and line leaders to perform efficiently. Monitor team attendance, discipline, and performance. Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications. Work with QA/QC to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives within the assembly area. Prepare and submit daily production reports (output, downtime, rejection, etc.). Maintain proper documentation, process records, and work instructions.

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
