Job Description

1. To coordinate daily packing activities and ensure that packing operations run in smooth condition with optimum productivity according to the established production specifications and quality requirements. 2. Plan, organized and supervised sub-ordinates daily work activities, on job training, duty roster, leave approval and disciplinary issues. 3. To plan & carry out Preventive Maintenance programs with the Maintenance / Engineering Department for all the Packing machines and related equipment to ensure Packing machinery running in safe & smooth condition without jeopardize to productivity. 4. Scheduling and planning of manpower and machines in packing department to meet targeted output, customer requirements and delivery schedules. 5. Ensuring the manufacturing processes and equipment used complies with FSMS, non-GMO/GMP/GHP, HALAL, FSSC standards and compliance to relevant customer, food safety requirement, legislative and regulatory of statutory requirement. 6. Responsible for product security & safety in Packing machinery aspect which including of Packing machinery setup and operation within the machinery security capacity and safety parameter. 7. Safeguard and maintain all machineries at Packing department at all time to ensure daily operation not interrupted. 8. To monitor and carry out visual inspection all the time to ensure product security and quality is adhered. Tight security supervision is required when operating machine to avoid process tampering that dampen the product quality. 9. Daily approval of Quality Records and Production Reports for quality and yield monitoring. 10. Responsible for the sanitation arrangements and implementations in the Packing Department 11. Ensuring proper documentation of quality records in accordance to the retention periods stated. 12. Responsible for overall quality requirements and quality improvement for the Packing Department. 13. Carry out any other job responsibilities as delegated by Immediate Superior.
