Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Supervised a team of employees by assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and monitoring daily performance to ensure optimal productivity and service quality. Conducted regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance employee growth and engagement. Maintained exceptional customer service standards by fostering a welcoming environment and addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Trained and onboarded new employees, ensuring full understanding of operational procedures, sales techniques, and company policies. Ensured compliance with all store policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements through consistent enforcement and monitoring. Managed daily store operations, including cash handling, achievement of sales targets, and ensuring proper stock levels and merchandising. Led store cleanliness and organization initiatives to maintain a safe, attractive, and customer-friendly environment. Drove daily sales performance through effective product presentation, promotions, and team motivation. Responded promptly to operational challenges or emergencies, applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Oversaw inventory control processes, including receiving, recording, and reconciling stock accurately. Prepared reports on employee performance, customer feedback, and overall store metrics for management review. Developed and implemented employee incentive programs to encourage motivation, teamwork, and high performance.

Physical Endurance:

Capable of performing hands-on retail duties, including restocking and store setup.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
