RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Lead the collection team to recovery the debts from the customers.
Manage collections team efficiently.
Train and provide trainings and Call Quality for Call Centre Staff to ensure they follow the guidelines and standard practices set by the clients.
Provide feedback and recommend improvement plan for the staff.
Build, manage, motivate, train and develop the team and their performance.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle, resolve and to minimize customer complaints.
REQUIREMENTS: -
Candidate must pass at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field or equivalent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing a call centre as a Supervisor or Team Leader with at least 2 years of working experience will be an added advantage.
Familiar with any Debt Management System.
Ability to learn quickly, independent and a strong team player.
Ability to train and impart full knowledge with others.
Dynamic and self-motivation.
