Greet and engage with customer to ensure a personalized and memorable dining experience.
Address concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Supervise and assist service staff during service to maintain speed, accuracy and hospitality.
2. Floor Supervision & Training
Oversee daily floor operations during service hours, monitor table turnover, customer flow and service timing to maximize efficiency.
Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily special/promotion, service goals, service & quality issue, sales & upselling, station plan.
Coach & train team members on service standard, menu knowledge and customer engagement.
Handle shift changes, absences, staff related issues to maintain smooth operations.
Provide feedback to the management team on staff performance and training needs.
Ensure proper cash handling and closing procedures at the end of each shift.
3. Sales & Upselling:
Encourage and train staff for suggestive selling and upselling techniques to increase revenue (Average Check). Motivate staff to upsell specials, promotion or desserts.
Monitor sales performance and report daily feedback and customer trends to the management (your PIC)
4. Operational Support
Ensure cleanliness of outlet and readiness of service station, dining area, bar section and cashier section.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth order flow and meet our service time.
Support inventory tracking of FOH sections include Floor, Bar and Cashier (Menus, Bar Section, POS terminal, utensils, etc).
Assist to manage the stock level.
Conduct regular checks to ensure all areas of the outlet meet health, safety and service standards.
5. Communication & Coordination.
Communicate between the BOH (Kitchen) and FOH staff to ensure clear communication of orders, timing and special request.
Coordinate with the management (PIC) regarding any customer feedback, operation issue or incident, supply needs or staff concerns.
Help to manage reservations, seating plan and big group arrangements.
Support PIC in tracking floor performance and effectiveness of service.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with proactive attitude.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage a team effectively during busy periods.
Strong understanding of service etiquette, table manner and guest relation.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
