Job Responsibilities



As a supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring your team meets and exceeds company standards for performance and productivity. Your key responsibilities include:



1. Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.

2. Managing finances and preparing an annual budget.

3. Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.

4. Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.

5. Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.

6. Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.

7. Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.

8. Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.

9. Motivating employees to achieve targets.

10. Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
