ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration: Prepare staff weekly duty roster and payroll by monthly cutoff date and submit to Manager for approval. Carry out staff daily pre-shift briefings and OJT as required. Assist Cafe Manager in holding weekly team meetings. Assist in maintaining an efficient FOH inventory system in accordance with company processes. Ensure FOH stock levels are correct as reported; maintain healthy stock level by liaising with the Manager and kitchen team. Perform and assisting stock-closing at the end of month and submit reports to the management. Ensure that all food products are well presented and served according to food safety standard. Ensure designated rooms or serving areas are set up accordingly for events catering. Assist in invoicing and reconciling of events catering. Attend meetings and training courses in/out of the office as appropriate. Attend to any other reasonable requests by the management.Benefits
