Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and motivate outlet staff to maintain high service standards. Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift management. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are consistently maintained. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders when necessary. Manage customer complaints and provide quick, effective solutions. Ensure all company SOPs are followed by the team. Support management in implementing promotions, new menu items, and operational improvements. Handle cash management and daily sales reporting.

Requirements



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B or outlet supervision. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Good understanding of F&B operations and customer service. Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
