To oversee and manage seafood production operations, ensuring efficiency, product quality, food safety, and compliance with regulations while meeting daily production targets. Production Management
Oversee daily seafood processing and packaging operations.
Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time.
Quality Control
Monitor product quality to meet company and regulatory standards.
Implement corrective actions for any quality issues.
Food Safety & Hygiene
Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Team Supervision
Lead, train, and motivate production staff.
Schedule shifts and assign tasks effectively
Inventory & Materials Handling
Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock availability.
Equipment & Maintenance
Ensure machinery is functioning properly.
Report and follow up on equipment repairs and maintenance.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Support audits and inspections with proper documentation.
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for process improvement.
Implement lean manufacturing or other efficiency strategies.
