• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical & Electronic, civil engineering or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a site supervisor preferably in E&E/ELV/Wiring.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Good leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Site Supervisor/Project Manager.
• Assisting to supervise, manage and lead team at project site for Electrical & Electronic & ELV works.
• Assisting to monitor the progress of the project and to ensure works are in compliance with site\'s progressive requirement.
• Assisting to maintain proper and accurate site records or documents in good order and system.
• Assisting to educate workers and enforcing site safety practices and regulations.
• Assisting to supervise and minimize work-related accidents or injuries at site.
• Assisting to coordinate with HR dept to evaluate site worker\'s performance and manage disciplinary measure as required.
• Able to read/analyzing blueprints/drawings/technical input etc to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Assisting to manage work site operation, recommend changes to the operations or procedures in order to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Any other ad-hoc task as assistant site supervisor assigned by the management.
