-To handle daily limousine operation;
-To check driver and vehicle availability before make an arrangement of deployment;
-To check drivers\xe2\x80\x99 attendance on a daily basis;
-To plan, monitor and optimize the resources to meet operational requirements;
-To report, record and follow up actions of any internal and external incidents related to operational matters;
-To train and coach subordinates on their roles and responsibilities;
-To ensure RWT drivers working hours not exceed 12 hours (Included OT 4 hours)
-To be rotated and work based on operation requirement.
Job Requirements
-Possess a Diploma in any field with at least 1 year working experience in customer service / logistic / management;
-OR SPM with at least 2 years working experience with GENM;
-Possess good leadership qualities and the ability to supervise others;
-Have good administrative and organizing skills;
-Able to communicate & write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia;
-Possess PC knowledge will be an added advantage;
-Good working performance & disciplinary record.
